Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- Unworn and in original condition
- Unwashed with no stains, odors, or signs of wear
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that do not meet the return condition criteria listed above
Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@patagolf.com to initiate a return.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return does not meet our conditions, it may be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
