Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Returned within 15 days of delivery
  2. Unworn and in original condition
  3. Unwashed with no stains, odors, or signs of wear
  4. All original tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  1. We cannot accept returns for:
  2. Items marked as final sale
  3. Items that do not meet the return condition criteria listed above

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@patagolf.com to initiate a return.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  4. Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return does not meet our conditions, it may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
